The second installment in the 'Every Mother Counts' compilation series will feature many heavy hitters in the music world. Model Christy Turlington Burns is partnering up with Starbucks to release 'Every Mother Counts 2012' in May to celebrate Mother's Day. The collection features tracks from Coldplay, Dave Matthews Band, Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder and more.

Turlington Burns founded Every Mother Counts as an awareness and mobilization campaign to reduce the maternal mortality rate on a global scale. This year's edition of the CD will be sold exclusively through the coffee giant's retail locations, so you can get some great tunes along with your mandatory Frappuccino.

Tracks on the disc include an acoustic version of Coldplay's 'Yellow,' U2's Bono and the Edge doing an acoustic rendition of 'Original of the Species' and Eddie Vedder's 'Skipping.' Other artists include David Bowie, Alanis Morissette, Beck, Paul Simon and his wife Edie Brickell and more. Thirteen of the 19 tracks have never been released before.

"I went to friends first, as I did with the first CD," Turlington Burns tells Rolling Stone. "Bono and Chris Martin were great supporters of the project the first time around, and when I knew I wanted to include men on this album they were obvious choices. They are also both fathers to daughters. Others, such as Patti Smith and Rita Wilson, I've known for a long time, and some, like Edie Brickell and Paul Simon, I only met briefly but was a huge admirer."

The model continues: "I generally wanted a diverse group of artists who were parents, or in the case of Edward Sharpe, who will be soon. We wanted to reach a broad audience on this issue with this particular project and with a range of perspectives."

'Every Mother Counts' will be available in Starbucks stores May 1-29. See the full tracklisting below.
